For most new forum webmasters, getting their sites filled up with useful posts is somewhat hard to do at the beginning and most do seek the services of a paid poster. Most requirements for a paid poster includes original topics of at least 15 words or less. But how do we discourage paid posters who seem to can't read the requirements and demand or even threaten forum owners of sabotage if they are not paid? should we give in?

Fortunately, I haven't had to deal with this yet but being new to running a forum and trying to get it filled up, I'm sure it's just a matter of time before it becomes an issue.  Obviously, if they don't read or follow the terms/requirements that you set for the posts, they shouldn't be paid.  Just be clear right off the bat that you'll be checking the quality of posts with what you both agreed on.

I have seen this several times, not in my own company, but in companies that I have worked for. It seems like some posters will not complete their work and quit a job. They then expect to be paid for only fulfilling half the requirements. I think you should stand your ground and not pay.
